Pancake Day began over 20 years ago, and is a mainstay of the Flemington Rotary Club for a variety of reasons:

• Promoting Fellowship
• Raising Funds for the Community
• Increasing Awareness of Rotary International.

Pancake Day is an event that is supported by the full Flemington Rotary membership. Members sell tickets, plan the entire event, and provide all the manpower (person-power) from cooking to clean-up.
