| 9th Annual RIDE for ROTARY Date: 2012-09-TBA, Sat Time: 9am to 3pm The 9th annual family-oriented Ride for Rotary Motorcycle Poker Run, Picnic & Clam Bake will POSSIBLY be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012! This will need to be verified. The start and end location will be the Clinton Elks Lodge, Sidney Road (County Route 617), Pittstown, NJ. More info to follow. . |

1st Wednesday Food Collection (12noon): Please bring a few bucks or a few cans/boxes of non-perishable food to support the Flemington Area Food Pantry. This is held on the 1st Wednesday Club Meeting of Each Month. 100% of all donations go directly to the Food Pantry. Donated items are delivered to the Pantry by one of our club members.
1st Friday Truck Unloading (9am): The Flemington Area Food Pantry receives their once-a-month food delivery on the 1st Friday of every month (unless rescheduled by a Holiday). Rotarians, in their free time, lend a hand to help unload the monthly delivery. Unless affected by a Holiday, the truck unloading occurs on the 1st Friday of each month at 9am.
2nd Wednesday Membership Committee Meeting (1:30pm): On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, there is a Membership Committee Meeting at 1:30pm immediately following the regular club meeting.
3rd Wednesday Board Meeting (6:00pm to 7:30pm): There is a Board Meeting held once a month. The meeting location is decided by the current Club President. All members in good standing are invited to attend the meeting.
4th Wednesday “Club Assembly / Classification Talks / New Member Inductions”: The program for the 4th Wednesday Club Meeting is reserved specially for Club Assembly, Classification Talks and New Member Inductions. The programs are scheduled by the Membership Committee and Club President.
5th Wednesday Club Meetings: Since there are only a few 5th Wednesday’s each year, Rotarians are encourage to bring their Spouse or Significant Other to the meeting to enjoy some Rotary Fellowship.
